Football might be a rough sport but I'll never believe NFL players are tougher than hockey players. Malarchuk has his throat cut, nearly dies within minutes, & yet skates off the ice almost under his own power. Zednik has his throat cut and skates over to the bench with his hands on his hips like it's just another inconvenience. So many players take 70+ mph shots to the face with a puck and come back out 15 mins later. Football players are tough yes, but these guys are made of steel.
