Now with an optional upgrade, iPortal™ Accessibility allows access to the world to those with limited hand mobility. Using the wheelchair's joystick, users can now make and receive phone calls, surf the net, play music, and use speech applications on their iPod touch or iPhone.

The iPortal™ integrates an iPhone or iPod touch to display wheelchair information in a great looking and easily visible way.
iPortal™ Key features:
• iPhone application that connects to the wheelchair system via Bluetooth®.
• Wheelchair information displayed in real time as well as compass heading (with iPhone 3GS).
• Operates with Apple iPhone 3G, 3GS, iPod touch 2G and iPod touch 2G (Autumn 2009).
• Can be easily added to any new or existing Dynamic Controls DX2, DX or Shark wheelchair control system without reprogramming the wheelchair.
• Discreet iPhone cradle with adjustable tilt angle mounts the iPhone to the wheelchair in a convenient position for the user.
• The iPhone can be easily removed when required.
• USB charger cable ensures the iPhone stays fully charged throughout the day.
• Second USB port.
