  • You completely ignored the arch and just put tall side panels around the window. They don't even look as if they are part of the window. That is not addressing the arch. That's ignoring the arch!

  • @vickishome - Thanks for your input. "Ignoring", as you call it the arch is one of many methods of dealing with a difficult window treatment. The treatment was perfect for this client, but obviously not for you. We tend to design for the needs of individual clients. It is impossible to create ANY design that will appeal to everyone. Thanks for watching anyway.

  • If you had not ignored the arch, the window treatment would have been much too low on the wall. I think you made the right decision here. Good job!

  • Beautiful room and one of the most outstanding ways to treat a window - I have never seen sheers banded for privacy - what a great idea!
