Yeh, wind swirling around in a funnel, LOL. It was a dust devil of course. There was no wind that day, no clouds, just a nice calm day in August and all the sudden it appeared. It was really cool. Hard to see it really well in the video. The kids said they felt like they were in a sand blaster. :)
