I also read the comments on TBJ expat forum....I have to say ,you were asking for advice from a wrong group of ppl. They are very mean. I give you thumbs-up for listening patiently to their bullsh*t...seriously, if you can deal those bast*rds, you could be a very successful host. CCTV definitely needs an extreme makeover, thats why you are there.... right? Good luck, boy!
