In addition, the procedure for completed redistricting, if one reads the text, appears to suggest a "map" that may be haphazard in the event there are time constraint issues or otherwise that preclude project fruition according to the guidelines set forth by the completion date. It provides for some guidance, but it doesn't read well in a comprehensive sense when you consider the enormity of the issue. You get a "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" sense if the rug were to get pulled.

Nice video. This is a big issue for a state staggering from debt and decades of corruption taint. It certainly doesn't address, at least in my mind, the issue of direct and indirect contributions. However, gerrymandering is an important issue that works in a very clandestine manner much as indirect contributions. This Amendment is most certainly touted as a Women's Voters effort which leads one to conclude, apparently erroneously, it is the compilation of issues the group feels needs addressed.
