Okay, to end the discussions:
Portal and Half-Life are set at the same time(Portal is set like a few weeks after Half-Life).
Half-Life 2 is set 20 years after that. If you look at the other cryogenic rooms at the beginning of Portal 2 you can see that people in them "expire" 20 years after being "packed". That means that Chell couldn't has been asleep for longer then 19 years, otherwise she'd be dead.

@CartoonsRemastered Portal takes place in Half-Life 2: Episode 2, whilst Portal 2 is many years away. Presumably 45 years since the announcer malfunctioned and it said "NINE, NINE, NINE, NINE, NINE.". 9 * 5 = 45. Also if you read Lab Rat you'd know better. Now can somebody help me find Wheatley? I'm still trying to decode his coordinates... 1-1-1 and that's all I can make...
