One of the most corrupt politicians in India. (You can imagine how corrupt politicians the world over are and how corrupt India is - he is a couple of notches about the worst ever ...... He wants to be involved in everything - running the ICC, being Minister of Agriculture etc. Since 1990, he has been involved in multiple scams.
