Hold down the hang up button for 3 seconds. If this does not work go settings/personal tab/buttons and assign the hang up button to lock on long press.

@GadgetsNZ Ey dude i have a htc touch pro but i have sone problems with it when i turn it on it just keeps restarting very annyoing, do you know how to fix this? i was thinking bout hard reset but i dont know how to do that

What is the sound like on this? are the speakers clear and loud?

I have this phone and it's a POS! It's crazy slow and it has issues with battery life. The battery may not be the direct problem but the software that monitors it. If your data service doesn't work and the phone's ROM has been flashed, there's a chance you lose the "update profile" icon to fix that problem, forcing you to perhaps need to hard reset. Whoever designed this phone was on CRACK! ONE plug?! I have to use a damn splitter JUST to charge my phone AND use a headset simultaneously!
