G dub and C Biz have got it right. Oak Ridge National Labs has found this type of insulation to be very inefficient at extreme high and low temperatures; when you need you insulation to work. It works great in the spring and fall when you have all your windows open. This is NOT Spray Foam.

This video is disingenuous. This is fiberglass material, which is very inefficient compared to spray foam.
