Every Saturday at 11:00 am, Marco's Boot Camp is held at the West Hollywood Park right next to The Abbey on Robertson Blvd.
The boot camp lasts an hour (11-12) in which participants do a variety of strength-building exercises at a cardio pace (i.e. circuit training.) The circuits vary every week to help tone and define your legs, abs, shoulders, arms and back.
To make the hour that much more fun, Marco throws in a couple of sets of agility drills in the grass to burn extra calories and increase fat loss.
i heard running with your arms overhead floods blood back to the heart and therefore makes the heart work harder against gravity resulting in an ischemic reaction..
