Ingredients:

Portions for 5 cup baking dish. Increase ingredients to suit your baking dish size.

1 ½ cups macaroni
30g butter
1 tbs flour
1 cup milk
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Pinch nutmeg
1 ½ handfuls shredded tasty cheddar cheese (for cheese sauce)
½ handful shredded tasty cheddar cheese (for on top)
Bread crumbs
Bacon crumbs (optional)

I made this outside during "hurricane bawbag" in scotland but my BBQ blew over so i made it indoors last night using his recipe but i also added mushrooms and all i can say is yummy, yummy.
