http://www.jellypie.co.uk Weymouth Carnival 2010 720P HD. This was shot on a Kodak Zi6 pocket camera and features the award winning entries from the Weymouth College Carnival Course. It was edited in Cyberlink PowerDirector 8. The music track is a track called "Game Show" by the Bad Jazz Brothers.
The Weymouth College Carnival Course combined traditional British seaside icons with the colourful artistic style of the French artist Niki de Saint Phalle. The centre piece was a huge Buxom sunbather in a red swimsuit covered in scenes of Weymouth and Dorset tourist spots. She was surrounded by a flock of flying seagulls inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle's colourful style. Carnival costumes consisted of Edwardian style bathing suits of bloomers and mop caps combined with colourful folk style hooped skirts. Students from the course successfully scooped up 4 trophys, Best Walking Entry, Best Individual Entry - Jenny Hart wearing Elaine Freedmans costume, Best Charity Float - Westham Community and Best Childrens Costume - Old Town Hall Group.
