This is so clear! "Central Planning" is, by definition, the FORCING or controlling that which cannot really be controlled. The setting of values (monetary + otherwise) upon what one might call "nature."  Gov't-set "values" are arrived at via "committee" and are therefore pretty much arbitrary. This, of course, is entirely artificial. Free enterprise is basically "economic mother nature." Trying to use artificial means to DOCTOR or control it, will ultimately FAIL. Result: EMPTY SHELVES!!
