My father spent time there during the 2nd World war with the NZ armed forces.He always told me how much he loved Palestine and its people. I still have alot of the photos he took.. At that time he actually thought about living there and buying some land once the war was over.Of course he was heartbroken at what happened to the Palestinian people .

@verona80yahoo You have a point, but there is also things that Israel do which has nothing to do with defending itself or hamas,for example, demolition of Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem to make space for only jewish residents..or giving Palestinians in East Jerusalem 15 minutes to get out for another jewish family to take over their house, research it and you will find out some scary facts, it is Israel's indirect ethnic cleansing (as stated by an Israel Jewish scholar), see occupation 101.

@Msmira3 They live in a democratic country (The only in the middle east)...Their side is ruled by a corrupt government that works hand in hand with Hamas, A TERRORIST GROUP that has 1 thing on their agenda and it ain't giving their people a "peaceful co-existance"! They want to alienate Israel and that's it! Peace is NOT in their cards...WAR is! The people suffer because of their ideology...dont blame Israel for defending themselves, blame their government for putting them through hell!

It's a Jewish country!!! Wasn't Jesus jewish??? And wasn't he born in Bethlehem??? Let them have a jewish country for gods sake...Arabs have 100 countries to go to! Why do they want a piece of land as small as New Jersey when there are so many other Arab countries they can go and practice Shariah!
