My sister had this doll when she was little and it did not say anything like that.

this doll says phrases like "Big Hug!", "Eh-oh!"(which is Teletubby language for Hello), "Bye Bye!" and she sings that tune from the show when she would be playing (my sister now 16 going on 17 used to watch "Teletubbies" when she was little. Po was her favorite.)
