  • Idiotic to the core... This video neglects to point out why the window was broken in the first place or the most important reason of all, why the window remains in its broken state. Suggesting that our physical surroundings are responsible for bad behavior and dismissing the type of upbringing that the individual experienced is absurd.

This is just like saying wet streets cause rain... Now I understand why I feel such rage and uncontrollable anger when driving in Youngstown, Ohio. HA!

  • @brianwallace1984 Are you stupid? Its a THEORY. Do you know what theory means. You proboly think the violent movies, and video games have NO effect on the subconscience mind either, right?

  • This is great work; students at our community college will be mobilizing to attempt to make an positive impact by applying this method. Hopefully the results proof that people can change by changing our environment.

  • @pkogrt thanks its from the documentary Hells Bells 2.

  • That little dramatisation at the end was brilliant.

  • @GrandSupremeDaddyo hahaha it was kind of funny too.

  • @brianwallace1984 In a way wet streets do cause the rain, not so directly as you have assumed but in that they are both part of the water cycle. The term 'broken window' is the name for the theory, it is suggesting that your surroundings give meaning to everyday norms and processes, if you live in a highly deprived area with broken windows and graffiti you are more likely to be involved in 'street' crime. A persons upbringing is part of their social surrounding to.

  • @brianwallace1984 you're seriously comparing humans committing crime with rain?
