@rabbitnitasha It depends on what you're scared of really. I don't like heights Roller-coasters etc.. However, I loved skiing I also went with my school and we enjoyed it that much me and my friends have decided to go again in 2012 just before "the end of the world". If you don't mind the cold and you should try it and at your level you would only be going on nursery, green and blue runs anyway which are not dangerous at all provided you follow the instructor if you get the chance you should go

Just got back yesterday from Les Menuires; already miss it. Definitely the best resort I've ever stayed at, so much variety. :) The ski parks there are fantastic.

THAT WAS MY HOME IN THE MENUIRES (i am belgian and i speak french sorry for my english =s) !!! In Marsh 2007 i was in the menuires I did what you did at that moment one year later =)

They are a good place but a little too expensive, last year we stayed in Meribel (Motaret) and we liked it better.
This Friday we're going to Meribel ;-)
