no its not simple as that, cause the have a business that offers for more money more quality. they sacrifice quantity for niche expertise and recover through "niche" prices. by your logic, popular=money=criterion the collection should be full of porn.

Eventhough I believe this particular Criterion edition is out of print.

Criterion is a business. Armageddon is a popular movie so putting a popular movie like Armageddon in their collection will generate good sales thus good business. Simple as that.
