  • My question has always been this; why is that the "kiss-in" folk are demanding that everyone be tolerant of them, yet they cannot be tolerant of the rules and guidelines that the Church has on their property?

  • So glad this homo was arrested. It's not ok to be a faggot. not rights for faggots. go fudgepack yourselves.

  • @hoboboxerjoe OK then. For Ss & Gs, we'll switch gears. But, no matter how you spin this one, you can't ignore This Couple's Behavior. My only questions,; Where is the Tolerance of The Mormons? Where is the acceptance of the Mormon's Values? And where is the simple courtesy, of any guest, on another's property? Or is it more important to flaunt one's sexual behavior in front of the entire world? As for me, I don't care about anyone's sexual preference, Don't Care

  • @Unklebillybob, I never said it was. I already told you this is not a legality issue, but one that stems from being decent and tolerant human beings, not bigots.

  • @Unklebillybob (cont) Is a totally incorrect statement. I researched this and have found that, not only did the Mormon Church purchase this entire piece of property, they traded land for the easement rights. If you want, I will pull-out my research on this specific issue. But, be aware, this piece of property is NOT PuBLIC DOMAIN.

  • @hoboboxerjoe First thing, look at the video tape. Second thing, it really doesn't matter whether I agree with the LDS Church or the couple, in question. They were on Private Property. They were asked to leave The Private Property. That should be the end of it. As for your statement, "...a property thousands of people go through each day and is considered a public domain?" (cont)

  • @Unklebillybob, you seriously do not see the bigotry in them telling two people who are just holding hands to go out of their way to walk off a property which thousands of people go through each day and is considered a public domain? Wow dude...

  • @Unklebillybob cont First, Bigotry? Where is the LDS bigotry?

Second, The LDS Church should not own a sidewalk. Ans. The LDS does not own a sidewalk. They own a piece of property,,,Where they allow the general public to cross. Was there anything else?

  • @hoboboxerjoe No,, I have a problem with people breaking the law. Example, say you own a home, with 5 acres. You're known for your generocity & will allow neighbors to cross your land, any time they want. However, what happens when a couple of your neighbors start engaging in behavior on your land that is contrary to your beliefs. My query is; do you have the right to ask them to stop? cont

  • @Unklebillybob, I'm NOT arguing about the legality of it. What I am arguing is this is completely immoral and worthy of being protested against, which you seem to have a problem with. The rampant bigotry on display is disgusting, and the LDS Church should not have the right to own a sidewalk. This whole thing is discriminatory, harassment, and an outright waste of a supposed moral organization's time.
