To manifest your dreams you have to get rid of negative thoughts which carry low vibrations. Your thoughts need to be more positive than negative. So how do you change your negative thoughts?
I mention in the video a few things you can do. You can learn the EFT (tapping) method. You could dance, go for a walk, sing, read books, and listen to positive audio. Good motivational speakers have lots of good cd's that will change your vibration.
You have to be conscious of all your thoughts in the beginning. It will become a habit of thinking positive after you practice it for a while, but in the beginning you have to really be aware of all your feelings and thoughts. If something makes you feel bad...acknowledge it and then figure a way to make it positive.
You know if you are at a buffet, and you put something on your plate you don't like you would not put it on your plate again would you?
Try to turn every situation around to make it positive. I know this is not easy, but with practice you can do it. If you get a flat tire don't think of it as bad. Instead think of it as there was a reason why the Universe didn't want you to keep going. The Universe probably saved your life.
