He apologized because hes being politically correct, obviously. Read my other comment about American Japanese. I respect your opinion and understand it, but if Japanese brought up race every time something was done to them, you'd hear more about Japanese Americans and yellow skin- but we don't - and we definitely have cause to. Imagine seeing your white neighbor wait outside your house to take it while you are shuttled off to manzanar camp w/ nothing you can do. Forgotten american history

Absolutely! Thank you for bringing up the atrocity that was done to Americans of Japanese decent during WWII. There are still LOOTED items in the homes of white californians that were never returned!
I'm very glad to see that many of the young Japanese Americans have decided not to stay silent. They are writing their parents stories. Writing them, singing them making sure people don't forget.
I am so sorry that happened. We must speak out for Arab Americans that "disappear" also.
