No, it's actually really nice. Does not sound invasive inside and OK for long trips. It only really sounds beafy from 3500 rpm upwards and with the throttle fully open.

Not really. But it does change the power curve a little. I notice a little more power mid range which is quite handy.

No it's actually not that bad. It's quite comfortable at speed up to around 130kph and it's only loud when you put your foot down but it's not crazy loud. Some would say it's not loud enough!!
