Don't forget the G that pops up in the verse, as well as Am, B7, and D in the chorus. Not forgetting a regular C major in the bridge. Making a total of 7 chords by my reckoning.

I believe the chords are C9 and Cmaj7 and then it goes a form of Em and then Bm
Been awhile since I've played the song though
And Colin has a very distinctive voice that I have grown to love

Just got back from his show in Lawrence KS, where he played this.
Loved it. :D
And also learned that this song was made as sort of a re-imagining of "Rusholme Ruffians" by The Smiths.
I thought that was really cool. :)
