@ian2008931 tbh i havent wrestled in 2 years. i placed 3rd in state in high school wrestling. and trained in ufc for awhile. I will say that I am very rusty. I believe I could still throw like that though. because I spent 4 months practising only five point throws and my body has muscle memory. I will have to go try it sometime.

I must say that it is slightly easier to throw a chinaman only because they have light bones an often times are looking into the sun.
