I hope this was just a joke. Even rich people don't pull this crap, as most don't even what you to know that they have money and make some effort to learn the language and culture, before even trying to pickup someone to consider to be their wife. As the whole reason for picking up someone internationally to to hope to find a good person due to the different culture and the experiences, otherwise it very easy to pickup anyone where you live, if you are just looking for sex.
