  • and when d flares went out al was sillent once more.

  • haha wannabies

  • @fol2005 You don't know the meaning of support you fanny. You should have seen what England was like in the 70 and 80's. It will never be repeated but what an atmosphere.

  • @mcca99

Obviously the history is much better than MLS considering it started in the 90's. But recently, MLS fans have surpassed EPL. I know you hear MLS and think its a joke, and talent wise its not comparable to the Premier League. But the fans are great... look up Emerald City Supporters, Timbers Army, Section 8, Red Patch Boys... soccer is rapidly approaching in the U.S

  • Well i have only heard one incident in racsim in all the years i have been folowing Bristol City and England.. Racsim in Britain is almost no exsistent compared to other pats of Europe which is a great thing. But obviously there are th odd idiots, there are probably the same idiots in American football aswell.

I just dont think anyone can say the atmosphere here is better than a big British game.. I admitt we could do with Flares etc but the passion and history is on another level to this.

  • @mcca99 Yeah sure there is passion but often its channeled out in shit ways ie, racism. The stuff I heard being shouted at Maurice Edu was unacceptable

Visually yeah the derby is right up there, you only have to look at the last one to see displays from all corners of the ground. As in actual atmosphere, flares make a difference IMO. Its shown in games before when pyro has gone off

  • Pisses over them for what? Passion or for visual affect? Beacuse please please dont tell me there is more passion in this game then there is a Glasgow derbie, i would cry if you said there was lol.

It depends how you define atmosphere, because the passion in British games is at a different level to this. A few flares etc dosnt make it better.

  • @mcca99 Ive actually been to many Glasgow Derbies as I'm a celtic fan, and frankly yes this pisses all over the atmosphere

I think the term is, in your face

  • hahah you call this atmosphere better than games in the Premier league? Seriously wat a deluded fool you are..

Have you ever been to a North London derby or a Glasgow derby?

Seriously what a stupid fucking comment lol.

  • Mad kudos from Seattle. btw. Looking forward to playing against you guys. ;)
