The Barclays Beyond Event - the highlights

The Barclays Beyond Event took place on 5th July 2011 at the Barclays Group global headquarters in Canary Wharf to raise aspirations and encourage young people to go beyond their boundaries to be successful in business and in life.

The event was hosted by Nathan John of Y-E-L & Barclays Beyond Programme manager, with inspirational speeches from the Barclays Group Chairman: Marcus Agius, Mayor of Lewisham: Sir Steve Bullock, CEO of The Safety Box: Nathaniel Peat and Global Head of Operations of Barclays Corporate: Mark Gibbins.
