Keep them in Africa, it is the Negro mans fault for selling out to post colonial corporations in africa creating oligarchies in most african countries where a small ruling elite rule over the poor, like Congo the Police State, oh , BLAME THE WHITE MAN, Blame yourselves worthless african men, its your fault, Corporations work on DEALS, if you make a deal to have your people live like shit, then you will get that, look at south america, post colonial land, doing alot better then AFRICA
