Fantic 240

1984 Fantic 240cc Series Trial Bike
Just a little run around of my trials bike running. Eh.

This is a 6-speed, 2-stroke, 240cc trials bike. It only weighs about 200lbs filled with gas. I can get it up past 40mph in 5th gear, so actually I have no idea what its top speed is lol, prob around 60mph... Not spectacular, but fast enough for trail riding.

(yes trials bike, its different from a dirtbike but I call it a dirtbike cuz no one knows what a trials bike is... Trials bikes are meant for climbing but can do everything a dirtbike can, they're bascially just more powerful, and have more but shorter gears. 6 speed trials bike vs a 3 speed dirtbike)

No, they are Fox shocks. Rebuildable. Had a set many years ago. They wern't very good but I think this was more to do with the way they were set up.

They were certainly very good, but how about the twin shock Honda's that won the SSDT etc ?
