This is the result of my 12-month training. I never went to the gym and I always made exercises only on the bars. To do something with myself brought me a workout videos at the bars here on youtube one year ago. And these videos made me very motivated to continue with my trainings and to making progresses.

  • Very impressive man. But be really careful with your shoulders. I used to be able to do all of that except for the hand stand but I tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder during a waterpolo game and now I can't even do a pull. So just make sure you keep working your shoulder muscles so they don't get weak at any point.
