Last week Jamie went home. Quickfire guest judge Wylie Dufresne. The chefs have 1 hour to cook something with eggs that will delight Wylie. The winner will have a serious advantage. Bottom-Fabio, Hosea, Leah. Top-Carla & Stefan. Carla wins. Elimination challenge. Chefs draw knives. Cook the last meal for a culinary master. They will have $300, 30mins at whole foods and 2 hours to prep & cook. Carla - Jacques Pepin - Roast squab with fresh peas. Fabio - Lydia Bastianich - Roast chicken with roast potatoes & leafy salad. Hosea - Susan Ungaro - Shrimp Scampi & Tomatoes Provencal. Stefan - Marcus Samuelsson - Roast Salmon & Spinach. Leah - Wylie Dufresne. Fabio breaks his finger but refuses to go to the hospital. Judges table - Winner - Fabio - wins a large bottle of Terlato wine & 2 night 3 day stay at the winery. Leah lost & is sent home. Next week the chefs meet up with Emeril in New Orleans.
