Adding Vali's offical website to the video would have been a great idea, however at the time of making it, the thought of posting it on youtube for people to view never entered my mind, my teacher did it! Quite true, however I am not one, but rather just a person who was fortunate enough to have met her once and I admired her work, hence completing a couple of assignments on her... cody12e, what is your interest in Vali?

Theindigo...I do have more videos, however I am unable to post them at the moment and none relate to artists. Having said that, I have done a lot of short films and am developing my video skills with further education and training...so stay tuned! Thanks for your comment!

Thankyou for your comment. I am very much aware that Positano had a big place in Vali's heart as this is not the first assignment I have done on her life/art. That being said, I decided not to focus on the location this time, as I felt more strongly about other aspects in her life. I was fortunate enough to have met Vali in 1996, and it is something I will never forget!

Sorry, I misspelled Gianni's surname. The correct spelling is:

Last year I filmed my dear friend, Gianni Menichetti, long time lover of Vali Myers at their valley home, near Positano, Italy. My youtube video is called

"His Savage Mistress": Showing his art and poetry, inspired by Vali. Gianni is still fighting to protect the valley from developers, just as Vali always did. You can also check Gianni Menichett's website (see Google) to see his art work and read his poetry. Including many photos!
