@MissPEACE28 WELL YEA THERE BOTH USED TO COVER UP IMPERFECTIONS, BUT THERES DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WOORK BETTER FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE, SOME PEOPLE JUST PREFER ONE MORE THAN THE OTHER ....BUT NO SOMETIMES ITS GOOD TO USE BOTH OF THEM IF U NEED MORE COVERAGE...PUT YOU FOUNDATION DOWN AND THEN PUT THE POWDER OVER TOP OF IT TO SET THE FOUNDATION (SO IT CAN'T BE RUBBED AROUND) AND TO GET A MORE FLAWLESS FINISH ...I HOPE I HELPED ;)
