READ DESCRIPTION IF NO WAVE OUT MIX!
This is if you don't have stereo mix in volume controls.
OK!! LISTEN UP! TOO MANY COMMENTS ON I ONLY HAVE THIS AND THAT BUT NOT WAVE OUT MIX! I cannot help with that. however, i do know something to do. This is exactly how i found this out. Turn every single one off except the bottom one. Usually works for me.

Dude. I only have "Mic Volume", "Line Volume", and "Stereo Mix" in my 'recording' tab.
What the hell am I supposed to click?

If you're like me, and don't have half the shit these guys do in their control panels, you can take an audio cable with two male ends on it, plug one end into your headphone jack, and the other into the line-in port. Then enable the "line-in" in the audio control panel. Worked for me. Downside to this is you can't hear the audio as it's being recorded, because it's being looped right back into the PC; might have to play with sound levels to get it to record at a reasonable level.

Probably. and also, instead of asking me these questions, make a test video with itunes or some odd thing in the background that creates sound.

Can't tell you that, sorry. I'm Mr. Super knowledge or anything, i just did this to help. What's in the video shows the extent of my knowledge on this matter. Sorry.
