@DDopinion11 doesnt matter as long as you can use your foot to push against the attackers hip you can still get away from him.... besides it would take time for the atacker to pin your hands down because it takes time and not only that but most likely you will be able to move your hands so it would be a struggle

@roalpial Pense justamente lo mismo, la defensa no esta para nada mal, pero creo que el rodillazo deberia ser inmediatamente y no se deberia hacer un footwork q pudiera costarle el equilibrio a la persona que se defiende, si el atacante es agil (o peor aun, entrenado) tendra suficiente espacio para maniobrar y contrarrestar, ya que estas ``telegraphing the knee strike´´ ya el atacante sabe que lo van a golpear.
