Much of the world has welcomed President Obama's decision to close the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba detention facility, where some 245 terrorism suspects are being held. Mr. Obama last week ordered the prison camp closed within one year. But questions are being raised by some whether U.S. security will be endangered if some inmates are released and others transferred to prisons in the United States. VOA's Ravi Khanna reports.
