Weighted dips for lower chest. Are one of the best ways to hit your lower chest and develop your outer chest also.

  • What about the dips wit just putting your arms on a chair or seat and facing tbe opposite way of it and dipping?Are those effective for triceps?

  • @MoneyBaggENT23 most of those dip machines are best for triceps definitley; not chest tho

  • dude if my dip station isnt like that, can I just get my elbows outside as i perform the movement? or is it risky??

  • @Demonsyy Most gyms have different types of dip bars. If your gym doesnt have one that goes wide, dont try and make up for it by flaring out your elbows. Either try and find a new gym, or do some chest press machine to finish off your pecs.

  • I'm pretty sure dips work your whole pecs mayne.

  • You look like DeStorm and Jason Derulo put together.

    Lower chest is a made up muscle. Flat and incline db or bb bench is all you need for a chest workout. Maybe some pushups as a burnout.
