i think two quit because they can't replace their losses and without the high fuel territory they can't make tanks and the axis units are pretty expensive.....

@LuisRC91 The trick is to spam settlers or their equivalents until you hit 80, after then you'll get enough resources per minute to spam any unit, including cuirassiers, just remember to split them half/half to food and gold, buy wood from the market.

In your shoes I would've spammed a few tanks and killed the nebels as a counterattack to their strikes.
