This demo would be better with 1) more light, and 2) more contrast between Mom & Baby's clothing and the wrap. (Maybe light colored clothes to contrast the dark wrap?)
But it looks like a very simple and easy carry!

I didn't get the first step...you put it over her shoulders and through her legs at the same time?

Yeah, for a smaller baby, hold it like a shawl around the shoulders and grab it between the legs at the same time to keep baby cocooned while you hoist her over your shoulder. I'm going to try to do another vid this weekend with a lighter colored wrap so you can see better.
