Also, notice at 0:33 to 0:40 the handcuffed person didn't actually resist (the sudden jerk was caused by him leaning back to put his legs straight, watch it a few times and you will see.) The officer handling him jerked back which should have been the end of it. However the officer did something unexpected (and unnecessary) by forcing him down by his head/neck. There was not a first or second resist that should have caused him to react like that. Just food for thought.

@CousinDave, Sorry man, and I can understand your logic, i really can. The problem with legalizing illicit drugs is that it will not stop children from having access to it. If they are willing to defy the law to get it one way they will defy another way to get it. Fake I.D.s are so common these days that you can find kits and companies that make them online! And, in addition to the kids STILL having access to them so will many(and I mean many) adults, and that only compounds the issue. Sorry.

This is how cops make money, they pick on teenagers so they can pretend that they have something to do so they can get payed their salary. Take away the cops, you take away the crimes they are making up.
If these officers weren't so corrupt and had common sense they might be able to actually serve the public and help people other than themselves and their wallets.
