hey mr marcus i finally decided to get into an exercise routine... and i was looking at videos last night and i came across u and i must say it was really good... but my question is regarding as to how can i continue to be motivated to continue and not give up as its so hard to do.... i am a single person and i dont really have friends that i can rely on for support so i gotta do it for me but i need to lose this weight and feel more confident about myself and look better u know..

Is fun watching you two exercise, ok everything is in shape on my body the love handles are bringing me down I'm off in holiday in two months and I'm on a diet which everything is fine and I don't wanna be skinny I still prefer my curves but damn this love handles wont go away is making my back look bad I got huge a** and this love handles makes me feel down on my shape they not huge but they are there ...
doing this exercise in two months will I be able to get them off
so how many times do i have to do this a day.?? and how long till i see any results?

@tiniaya This will tone them up fairly quickly, but along with doing these you have to make some diet adjustments and start doing cardio. Do them once a day and as many as you can do for each exercise...for this week just go at my pace.

@piiink4When your doing your exercises you want to do high reps on each exercise you do. For example if you are doing squats with lets say a total of 75 pounds you need to be doing 3 sets of 20-25. What this will do is prevent the skin from being loose. If its a weight that you don't feel a burn after doing them the weight is too light.

3 times a week, after two weeks you should start doing another love handle workout to continuously see results...make sure are doing your cardio on the opposite days of doing this and fuel your body with the proper nutrition
