@drankin2112 Who gets to decide what a moral value is? Who defines this?

@crispybluu It looks like you're arguing with a bunch of other people here. I haven't posting here in a while. Maybe your reply to me was an accident? My point here is that narcissism is not a moral virtue, no matter what Rand says. Objectivism is a license to let the entire world revolve around yourself. It is not possible to expect everyone to see that as virtuous because only 10-20% of people are narcissistic. Btw. I like your fashion sense. Take care.

@robair9911 Okay...
How can she herself 'debase' morality, if morality is a personal choice?
Do you think that your morality is decided for you?
Or do you think that you decide what the moral obligations of other people should be?
I think the lady suggests that this should never be the case; and if it is, it means that both parties...the one who forces his decisions upon others..and the one who refuses to accept her duty to embrace and defend her own morality; are doing something wrong.
@atheistbiker Altruism is fine for the individual who wants to trade higher values for lower ones. It becomes truly immoral when it is imposed on the society at large and is no longer a matter of choice.
