  • I just finished reading a Thousand Sons, after first reading Prospero Burns. And even though I've always been for Russ and the Allfather, I couldn't help but feel sorry for the Crimson King and his legion. Magnus only ever craved knowledge to better assist the imperium, but unfortunately as the old adage goes "we fear what we don't understand" Which was the case for most of the other Primarchs. In my opinion their legion should never have been censured.

  • A Thousand Sons was far better than Prospero Burns i think, for in the later I was just annoyed by this f*cking remembracer guy. Why does it always have to be a remembracer????? 3/4 of the book is about this boring guy with a whole lot of problems....

The actual Assault on Prospero is far to short!

  • @LuiBei1994

    Space Wolves aren't awesome though.

  • @Gothmogh1990 There never seems to be any long battles, only life stories of people I don't care about.

  • Everyone who likes the thousand sons and thinks they're all chaos dont be worried if you wanted them to be loyal some of the companies survived (I think idk this is off of a website I read but continuing on) The Blood Ravens could possibly be a succesor chapter because they might have been on of the companies and they're are alot of similarities between them. But since they're history is so clouded we will never know if it is fact or opinion.

  • this is a great book I have reread it over 3 times.

  • space wolves are awesome, too bad this book made them look like bad guys

  • @Wildcat425B They were scattered for different missions and Magnus made sure that they won't be ready when the Space Wolves arrived so that they would weaken the Empire even more. Magnus sacrificed the chapter only to see that Leman Russ still considered them heretics.

  • @HLjoker

"in a **small** part the Emperor himself"

    Nigga, iz u 4 realz?

  • @Wildcat425B I know what you mean, and I think that the size of their legion wasn't their only problem. The fact that the more they unleashed their powers, they would succumb to the flesh change. Either way I Think Horus is the one to blame for the fall of the Thousand sons. And in a small part the Emperor himself.

  • @HLjoker If the Thousand Sons werent such a small Legion, they'd have put down the rabid dog if you know what I mean.
