Is it possible to make the text rotate on another background that isn't black? Because when i do, it copies a copy of the background and It shows the edges making it look ugly =(.

How can i make my text rotate on a background that isn't black? Because when i do the text rotates with another background so you can see the edges and it looks bad =(.
This is not actually 3d text. This is 2d text in 3d space. I'd like to know how to make 3d text in 3d space. Can you help with that? I've looked around a lot and the only work around I can find is making ~15 copies of the same text and offset them slightly to give a fake 3d text look. Otherwise you need to use the Boris plugin, which I'd rather not use.

@y036d I know it's not real 3D text, it just gives a 3D appearance. Unfortunately, this is the closest you can get to 3D text in Vegas without any plugins mate.

Hey my Abode text won't load! I click to change it to Abode and it says is did, but it doesn't change! I'm on Vegas 11 by the way.

@TheJakoal In Pro 11 you need to highlight the text before changing its font, size, etc..

I got Pro 11 but how do you use your downloaded font?? :D

@espeno663 Download the font, and open C:\Windows\Fonts (or similar) . Drag your .ttf (text) file into the Fonts folder in Windows. It should now appear in all programs :)
