If you roll regular/often, you're going to fuck up your serotonin receptors (and you'll pretty much become a zombie. I understand it makes you feel fucking awesome, but at the price of draining me for a day, I don't know.

That damage is still easily preventable by taking high doses of an antioxidant like ascorbic acid or alpha lipoic acid. Along with other supplements, you can create a perfect pre/post load regime. You can also take an SSRI after you roll.

Yes one can damage serotonin receptors. It's called oxidative stress. Oxidized dopamine replaces lost serotonin causing the production of free radicals which steal electrons from cellular proteins and lipids eventually leading to serotonergic nerve cell axon loss/death. Thats one idea. The other is that MDMA is metabolized into a toxic quinoid eventually leading to tryptophan hydroxylase inactivation. That is what is responsible for an oxidative roll in the synthesis of 5-ht.
