Nice vid. I'm in the CLS program at HSCSA and love it. Have you graduated yet, and if so any tips on what it's like on the job? Also, one minor point- no controls were run w/ your samples, but maybe that is how it was done in your program. Great vid though, b/c we did this at our program just this week.

Haha you know out of the thousands of people that have watched this you are the first to spot the controls. I graduated last August and work as a microbiologist at our main hospital. It's usually pretty fast paced but not bad because if you pay attention and do good in the program they teach you everything you need to know. I enjoy it

how many time to seal the clay to the capillary tubes. Thanks

@klickkzam After you collect the blood in the capillary tube you need to cap 1 end of it with the clay. Be sure that when you put the capped capillary into the centrifuge the end that you capped with clay is facing out so that when it spins the blood stays in.
