  • The information is good, but I couldn't watch the video because you kept turning the camera in circles...actually gave me a headache, made me dizzy. Keep posting the info and videos because they are very helpful, just next time please be cognizant about the camera motion.

  • I always think about that to about the walls. Our mobile home is the same way, the floors are gone. We replace the old with plywood always cut as close to the wall as we can, then try to clean under the wall to get the plywood under it abit. I hate that particle board shit, its fine if it doesn't get wet but everything gets wet at some point in time or one's pipes leak right. I been told they use other types of wood now to make mobile homes not particle board

  • i have a question and hope you will reply to this, i noticed in the video you cut the subfloor near the wall line..since the walls are built seperately and then put on top of the floor, what do you do with the rotten sub floor that is under the wall,,i mean how is that repairable?
