It's a little fast and not entierly correct but the camera was in a good position so I uploaded it :D The exercises are: the first, wrist curl for the wrist flexors. Second, reverse wrist curl for wrist extensors. (This one is harder) In Hebrew: תרגילים לאמה, הראשון זה לשריר היותר תחתון באמה והשני לחלק העליון יותר.
