Hoop Dancing Explained

World Famous Hoop Dancer Earl Charters gives a great explanation to his hoop dancing with a touch of humor.
I had previously seen Earl perform at a Pow Wow earlier in the year, was happy to see that the Fall Fair had arranged to have this amazingly talented dancer come and do 2 performances at the Fall Fair & Rodeo. There were thousands of people in attendance everyone I talked to was impressed by this entertaining performer. I am so glad I had the opportunity to see him again at a much larger venue! Earl is also a member of the Canadian Military. Thanks Earl!
